By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Wrap Web Design's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Our web development services are provided according to the terms outlined in individual project agreements. All projects require a signed contract and deposit before work begins.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and design elements created specifically for their project. However, we retain rights to any proprietary frameworks, tools, or methodologies used.

In no event shall Wrap Web Design or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
